Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing hundreds of weddings, high school seniors, families, and newborns. And it never gets old—there’s something timeless about capturing people in their moments of joy. Weddings are full of love and celebration, seniors bring style and anticipation for what’s ahead, and even the unpredictability of newborns makes every session special.
Of course, not everyone feels comfortable in front of a camera. That’s where the real artistry comes in—creating a relaxed, welcoming space where people can be themselves. When that happens, it shows in the images. The best photos aren’t just posed—they’re felt.
Before retiring from full-time photography, I earned the designation of Certified Professional Photographer through the Professional Photographers of America. I also played an active role in the photographic community: annually as Assistant Photographer to the Featured Instructors at the Texas School of Professional Photography; serving as Secretary of the Metroplex Professional Photographers in Arlington; and later as President of the Heart of Texas Professional Photographers Guild in Waco.
Photography—and the community that surrounds it—has always been close to my heart.
While I no longer run a full-time studio, I’m still available for contract work, including second camera at weddings, headshot photography, and location work. If you're looking for someone with experience and a deep appreciation for people and their stories—I’d love to work with you.
